Creative Flow
Our Signature Creative Flow class detoxifies, strengthens and balances your entire body and mind as you move through challenging poses, unique transitions, and breath connection. The tone for class is set to a teacher’s own “creative” style flow, you won’t want to miss. You’re sure to leave class feeling energized, inspired, and empowered.
COre Creative
Core Creative puts core work to a whole new level. This class is a combination of abdominal movements and a pose or workshop break down that is incorporated into a Vinyasa style flow. This class happens a few times a week, and is an opportunity to learn and time to move into a variety of all level poses. Come learn, play, and have an open mind!
Pure burn
Unwind as you shift from pose to pose on a slow hold styled vinyasa class. The lights are low in this class, limiting distractions so you can clear your mind as you focus on breath and postural alignment with enough time to work into each posture.
Pure Barre
Pure Barre is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga, and strength training. Each class will be set to fun music with a lot of energy to produce a targeted workout alongside static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements. Trust us, you will feel the burn. You’ll use the barre and exercise equipment such as a mini Pilates balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim, and stretch your entire body.
Pure Restorative
This class is all about relaxing. We slow down and breathe easy. The class consists of 6-10 poses held for 5-20 minutes. We use props in most poses, such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, so you can totally relax and let go. Restorative yoga has many health and well-being benefits (balancing the nervous system, relieving stress, lowering heart rate and blood pressure, better sleep, develops compassion toward yourself and others and aids the capacity to heal physically and emotionally).

Yoga 4 Athletes & Mobility
Y4A is a class that focuses on enhancing your athletic performance in sporting activities with increasing mobility, mental toughness, flexibility, and breath. There will be long holds, ballistic movement, dynamic stretching, mobility work, and working to increasing controlled strength with flexibility. The room will be warm, not hot, to safely heat up the body during longer holds. Please understand, You do not have to be an “athlete” to benefit from this class! The class is designed to increase range of motion, correcting asymmetries of the body caused by day to day sport of an athlete, every day movements of day to day life, and to help aide in injury prevention and/or rehabilitation.
Pure Sculpt
Pure Sculpt is a yoga flow sequence that utilizes light hand weights (3-5lbs) to increase strength and improve stability in our every day practice. The focus of each class floats from arms to legs, but core work is guaranteed. All ability level class.
Pure MObility
Pure Mobility is very different than your average yoga movements. The main goal is to have the ability to move or be moved freely & easily. If you want to move more, you must MOVE MORE, but with efficiency, specific structure, guidance, & technique. Remember, if you don’t use it, you’ll lose it, plus You Can’t Move Where You Can’t Move !
Gentle Flow
Gentle Flow is an all levels yoga class set to candlelight and softer movement. The class is designed to flow with ease, often with the use of props, to nurture the mind and body with the breath.
